Lemon (Citrus x Lemon): It is a small evergreen tree type continuing to grow yearlong and Lemons are the fruit of this tree. The motherland of the lemon is not exactly known. Meyer lemon is a hybrid variety. It is a combination of lemon and sweet orange. Meyer lemon is yellowish and less acidic. Above all it is very juicy and offers a floral flavor. Meyer lemon is strongly preferred and used by 5 star chefs due to its texture and its taste that helps them make sorbets, cakes and tarts.
